Soldier Accused of Afghan Civilian Deaths Was on His 4th Tour
From Truth Dig The American soldier accused of killing 16 Afghan civilians, nine of them children, had already served three tours of duty in Iraq and arrived in Afghanistan for his first tour in December, according to The Associated Press.
