How fun it would be to take a few minutes and comment on the left’s utter degree of panic. I don’t have a few minutes and what would be the use. They will, as they always have, play these sort of games. The liberals, and especially those in media, still actually think they hold influence and people still tune in to be informed. Those days have long passed. Just check the liberal network’s ratings if you didn’t know.
Case in point. Earlier today, NBC/WSJ released their most recent polling that found President Obama enjoying a comfortable 6 percent lead over Romney nationally. I guess that means American’s are finally seeing Romney the way Obama has tried to warn us about.
The problem though is that NBC over sampled Democrats by a margin +11. In other words, the sample collected 46% Democrat to 35% Republican. As Mike Flynn at Big Government points out, “in 2008, the electorate identified as D+7.” In fact, the + 11 margin is completely unhistorical outside of a few exceptions. Rasmussen currently has the partisan landscape at: Republicans 35.4%, Democrats 34.0%, Unaffiliateds 30.5%.
The circus is over and the luster of Obama’s greatness proved to be a joke. All he has is his record. It is doubtful that this election will see a 60% voter turnout as 2004 and 2008 did. And the Democratic advantage over Republicans in voter registration from 2008 has significantly decreased since.
In the meantime, the left must keep hope a live even if it means flat-out lying to do it.

He picks up his trick bag, the edges now frayed and smelling slightly musty, he upends it and shakes it out, only a few of the old standby lies tumble out – he shrugs and slowly dials the number to the news desk at NBC…………..

That’s within the margin of error, so it may be slightly skewed.
I just got back from Dallas, I was there to cover the Freedomworks FreePac event, as well as the Glenn Beck Restoring Love event, there were a minimum 100,00 American Patriots( and Tea Party representatives from 20 other Countries- more on that later) there for the combined events, not to mention the numerous smaller events that went on from Thursday to Saturday.
I made a point to ask as many folks as possible if they were polled and if they responded to them, my unofficial, non certified results were that MAYBE 1 in 30 or so even got the calls – the vast majority just laughed and said they would`nt spend the time to respond even if they were contacted, most citing lack of trust in the pollsters themselves.
Being in the company of that large group of Patriots does a few things, it charges the battery and refreshes your resolve, it just flat makes you feel good. Because the vast majority of those Americans took the time and expense to travel there from around the Country, it gives great meaning to a sign I saw at the march on D.C. in `09 – ” I represent another 150 people at home”. The polls are wrong.
