Qaddafi settling in comfortably as new leader of Africa

I’ll let Marc Lynch tell the story. Via Foreign Policy.  I posted a piece in February about the eccentric Colonel’s expanding portfolio in world affairs.  The opening of the Doha Arab summit was initially overshadowed by the presence of Omar Bashir and the … Continue reading

Angie Harmon isn’t satisfied with President Obama. And no, she isn’t a racist.

Finally. Someone who can pull a headline is saying what we’ve all said or heard from someone a lot recently. Angie Harmon doesn’t mind letting everyone know that she thinks the president is failing on his agenda, is unclassy, and … Continue reading

The Post-Modern Movement Moves Right Along: Brits line up for ‘de-baptism’

Hey folks, I’m back after several days off. I was sick, down and out but am well enough to kick off the new week with some typical watch dog stuff that landed The Western Experience on the map. Britain is … Continue reading

Amateur hour continues…Tune in tomorrow same time, same channel.

I was an optimistic conservative you might say. I went against my better instincts after he won the election and waited out President Obama in the hopes he would not be much of a ideologue and would run a competent administration … Continue reading

A teleprompter at a live press conference?

Is that even legal? If so, then it is guilty of being utterly ridiculous. Robert over at The Other McCAin says the president is fast becoming a punch-line. Though, don’t expect SNL to do a skit anytime soon as the American Glob … Continue reading

Jesus Christ and the Empty Tomb

Another quality essay for Sunday reading. This is a short but impacting and thought provoking piece on one of the most debated topics between skeptics and Christians. There many experts who have debated this subject with surprising outcomes. This is just a snapshot but still offers insight into the debate and the surprising leverage believer of the resurrection hold. To me, it is a fascinating subject and the arguments are great from both sides. However, I abandoned my skepticism and have become fully convinced that it occurred. The essay was pulled from the website, Apologetics Press. Continue reading
